PR SUPPORT
In my previous role I supported the PR teams in peak periods in a variety of ways, including attending the SUPERSMOOTH launch event to support and help make sure it ran smoothly. I made sure influencers felt welcomed, with their goody bags and drinks and made conversations with them at the dinner.
I helped organise the Smashbox x Suicide Squad event last summer in the absence of a PR team in collaboration with Warner Bros, communicating via email for the attendees to have the best experience screening the film and getting the collection gifted.

I have approved content which the PR team organise (and help give suggestions regarding diversity and inclusivity) which is for paid collaborations or paid ads too, this includes for our successful primer relaunch campaign. I make sure that the content is as social friendly as possible to try and get the best performance and engagement.

Sent and tracked FOC orders for Smashbox, GLAMGLOW and Lab Series on behalf of the PR Team or for Content Creators to produce content. Through this I created some close contacts for both brands. I also sent some PR to the MUA's of Netflix's Heartstopper and we was able to regram BTS content.

Communicated on social the closure of Smashbox and GLAMGLOW UK on a communications level.
